We oversee all repairs in the buildings we manage. Whether that is large-scale projects, everyday maintenance, or annual scheduled maintenance. We have built a connection with reputable vendors. We complete inspections to maintain current and future property valuations. We strive to have proactive and not reactive maintenance.

 

We communicate all Capital improvements while planning/budgeting with our owners for long-term projects.
