Commercial Association Management

With a broad portfolio of property owner associations, AREA staff members are experienced in commercial association management. Collectively, our team has several decades of experience providing comprehensive association management services to clients throughout the Valley of the Sun, including property owners’ organizations for offices, business parks, mixed-use commercial developments, commercial office condominiums, and medical office condominiums.

For all of our commercial associations within the Phoenix Metro area, AREA strives to simplify the process for our boards. We understand that board members must have accurate and timely operating reports. This is important to make the right decisions concerning their associations. This is why we prepare easy-to-understand monthly operating statements promptly delivered each month. Some boards prefer to self-manage. In those cases, AREA can also provide accounting-only services which take on the HOA accounting role so the board can focus on day-to-day operations.
